The shares were previously listed under the ticker FTOCU for Cohen’s special purpose vehicle. At the time of the deal’s announcement in February, Payoneer was valued at $3.3 billion.Cohen and her team were in on the SPAC trend before 2020′s mania began: FTAC is their fourth fintech-focused shell company. One 2018 SPAC announced a merger agreement late last year with payments provider Paya. Another, which went public in January 2017, combined with International Money Express. FinTech Acquisition, which went public in February 2015 combined with CardConnect, was later acquired by First Data for roughly $750 million.Special purpose acquisition companies, known as SPACs, raise money through a shell company to buy an existing firm and have become increasingly popular in the past year.Payoneer specializes in facilitating cross-border payments. The fintech start-up was founded in 2005 by Yuval Tal, an Israeli entrepreneur who helped start other tech and e-commerce payment companies. Scott Galit joined as CEO in 2010 after years at First Data and Mastercard. In March, the company partnered with Mastercard to offer small businesses a digital payments card.There are more than 5 million users on Payoneer’s platform, and the company works with more than 150 different currencies, specializing in cross-border payments. Airbnb, Amazon, Google and freelance jobs platform Upwork are among its corporate customers, as well as millions of independent contractors and small businesses.The two-time CNBC Disruptor 50 company is the latest New York-based company to hit the public markets, joining a growing roster that includes names like Etsy, MongoDB and Peloton. olympus相機收購olympus 近期的機型定位仍是以復古搭配高性能的方式設計，而睽違 2 年發表的新入門微單 E-M10 III 更是體現了這句話，不僅維持前代的機身設計，且將操作改為更貼近初學者的設計；但機身性能可完全不含糊，因為獲得了機皇 E-M1 II 的對焦與影像處理器，某種層面上也算上打一拖拉庫機型了吧？

接下來也趁著台灣廠商辦體驗行程的機會，對這款性能與親民兼具的入門微單來個簡單體驗。

＊外型

E-M10 III 外型設計雖然與前代有些類似，仍是有 E-M5 路線但更為輕巧的復古設計；但也有些微調，但正面的握把有做加厚處理，更好握持外；機頂的按鍵也有做微調，像是右上曲線改為放大檢視外，左下的 Fn3 也變為可在不同模式間快速叫出操控選單的快捷鍵。不過機頂原本的止滑滾輪，不像前代面積來的那麼大，視覺效果感覺有些偷工。

機頂部分和 E-M10 II 比較之下，整體除了拍攝模式轉盤有作些微調整外，比較大的更動在於右上方的曲線變為放大檢視，而左下的 Fn3 也變為可在不同模式下快速叫出操控選單的快捷鍵。

機背在整體操作按鍵區域配置上，與前代其實差別不大，因應其入門機種的易操作特性，大部份按鍵皆位於機背右方方便操作，並具備 3 吋 102 萬畫素上掀觸控螢幕，以及 234 萬畫素電子觀景窗。實際觀看 EVF 的視覺感受比起上代要來得好一些；但身為入門機種卻不能自拍外，螢幕的畫素呈現讓照片似乎有些糊糊的，感覺要利用電子觀景窗看才會比較清晰，如果能改進一下就更好了。

機身右側則配有 USB 與 HDMI 連接埠，至於左側則是什麼都沒放，記憶卡與電池皆至於機底處；另外，相較 E-M10 II 未有電池狀態顯示， III 代則是具備 4 格顯示，也算是電力管理上的一大改進。

＊操作

談完了 E-M10 III 在操作上的小改變，拍攝技能上，olympus相機收購olympus 因應入門機的定位，搭載 1,600 萬畫素 Live MOS M4/3 感光元件之餘，比較大的升級就在導入機皇 E-M1 II 的 TurePic VIII 影像處理器，以及 121 點對焦系統，如此的改變不僅讓感光度範圍升至 ISO200-25,600，連拍速度也從 8.4fps 增加到 8.6fps，並支援光學防手震外（仍是 4 級快門速度） ，也多了方便連續對焦的「泡泡」對焦。

至於拍攝模式上，由於 E-M10 III 畢竟還是一台入門階級的微單眼，本次也做了蠻多幅度的改變。除了基本的 PASM 拍攝模式之餘，也將初學者必備的情境模式介面做了更改，且子功能下方還會有更多相關設定。以夜景來說，下方就會出現光軌拍攝、夜景帶人像等不同模式。

另外，本次也新增整合了 olympus相機收購olympus 諸多高階功能如即時合成、HDR、全景等高階拍攝情境的 AP 專家模式，並多了一款藉由連拍拍攝單一物體、不同合焦範圍的「對焦包圍」功能，對於商品拍攝、微距題材來說可提升不少拍攝成功率。

至於濾鏡部分，本次也多了主打金屬色表現的漂白藝術濾鏡可選，最多可一次選擇 15 種；另外，對傻瓜專用的 i-auto 模式，在 E-M10 III 中也改名為 auto，並會自動偵測主體與場景的晃動速度，藉此自動改變快門，整體可說是操控更趨入門，不過內在核心更為專業的發展狀態，真的要說一項缺點的話，恐怕還是不能上掀自拍吧？
